Our herd consists of approximately 150 head of registered Polled and Horned Hereford cows. We also have about 100 recipient cows carrying Hereford embryos. Selecting good cattle is important and we have criteria that we look for when purchasing cattle as well as culling our own herd. For EPDs, we desire low BW, high YW and WW and moderate milk. For Genotype, we look for proven bloodlines and established pedigrees. When selecting for phenotype we evaluate udders, pigmentation, maternal ability and disposition.

Herd Bulls
We have some interesting bulls that have “Curve Bending” EPDs. We are really excited about their calves. These bulls are producing calves with low birth weights but have great growth potential. The M326 females are in production and have beautiful udders and superb carcass numbers. We also use proven A.I. sires on all the heifers and try to bred the cows by A.I. at least one time before putting them with the bull. Semen is available on most of these bulls and you can contact us, if you want more information.
Donor Cows
Our donor cows are carefully selected after they have proven themselves. To begin with the donor must be a great cow. She must raise a great calf and have a flawless udder. Her pedigree is also very important. Currently donor cows in our herd are:
